Morning ladies
just read last nights posts and looks like a few of us are on a downer. :( its 5 days til pete goes away and for no reason at all im not speaking to him, went to bed last night at 8pm and left him sitting on the sofa bewildered, got up this morning and havent spoken to him either.........think im going flippin mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

ARRGGhhhh No you must speak to him...this is what happened to Rob and I on our last weekend...had a huge bust up over nothing basically because i was upset and frightened and didnt want him to go.....its your way of dealing with it......
All I can say is talk to him I'm sure he's reading the signals and knows why your being like this...but your regret it if you dont go home give him a big hug and talk...
This week is precious Ok for both of you...I'll be on here alot of today so talk Ok...it helps and I'm good at counselling...took it at college and passed...LOL LOL

i have been texting him this morning, he has handed in all his kit and we have got the timimgs for sunday at last....got to be there for 0430 so looks like sat night could be a long old night!!!!!
Have to be honest about this...expect alot of delays Rob was due to go Last Wednesday from Brize and they got to the end of the runway as they were on a C17 and it stopped at the end of the runway as it had broken down...God knows what that was all about...anyway they ended up getting him a room at a nearby hotel and he had breakfast...by the time he had brekkie he hadnt eaten or slept for a day...I was so angry and hurt for him....we talked and text all day and he managed to get some kip and ended up flying out at 10am last Thursday......
He rang me Saturday afternoon and told me it had taken him a day to get there due to delays......
It will be tough honey but hang in there.....if you fancy a chat whatever let me know...your not alone

Hi girls!!
Don't you just hate that...when they are supposed to go on a set date and then you get a call to say it is delayed or whatever!! It has to be the worst cos you have said your goodbyes and then, you have to do it all over again!! It happened once to me when they were coming home from Canada - they had been away for 4 months and we were all ready waiting for them to arrive home, 8 hours later still no sign of them! All these frantic wives were calling the famo's and they were saying "sorry, we don't where they are!!" took a full 24 hours before someone could tell us that they were somewhere in Montreal in a hotel cos the door had fallen off the plane as it taxi'ed down the runway!! How mad is that....no one could tell us what was going on and when they would be home and the point is - no-one had been notified to let the families know!!! I was sitting there trying to keep my wee fella awake to see his daddy not knowing his daddy was still in Canada!! :mad: GRRRRRRR makes me mad!
The thought of our OH makes us do really crazy things and behave weird. Just give him a hug and tell him you love him and I'm sure he will understand!!
