hey thats no problem! i have been on this site for nearly a year now! i found it whilst browsing on the net, and my OH had just come back from canada, so i was looking for some ppl who understood all of this madness! so where is ur partner or OH?
Hiya, my hubbie went to Iraq on Monday....Its my first tour so I really don't know what to expect! I've stopped crying at least! :) Actually now he's gone its like a big weight has been lifted..the waiting and build-up was a nightmare..
I've put my best Girl bedding on to cheer myself up :D

You're gonna think I'm DREADFUL, I don't even know what reg he's in!! lol...I will ask him tonight..how embarrassing...He's at Corsham, I know that much!

haha i didnt know my oh's reg for ages!!! lol. i kept forgetting. i didnt even know wot a reg was at one point.
i get used to not seeing my oh coz hes based away, and yeah i get into my own routine when he's gone. and i'm sure its simular for when they go on tour. everyone says keeping busy is the way to get through. xxx
yeah like emma said u wll find a routine. always keeping busy is the answer. me and my OH don't live together. he lives about 2 hrs away from me so i get to see him weekends or weneva i can. im moving up to camp in january so i can see him more. we have 2 kids so i want them to be in his life more as well. where do u live? x

My man goes to Iraq in 10 weeks, and im dreading the build up to that. Well done for saying the 'Goodbyes' thats your first hurdle done. Is yours in the Sigs, I only ask as mine is and has spent some time in Corsham.
Here's my recipie for easing a difficult time
1 x New shoes
1 x new Haircut
1x New outfit
a sprinkling of good friends
All mixed together in a medium sized drinking establishment, along with many fabulous ****tails, Baked at about 110decibels of your favourite music, Then simply turn out onto a wet pavement at the end of the night, and let it cool whilst eating some chips, or equally greasyfood group.
