Hey ladies i just wanted to say hi, im new to this and i tryed to register last night but it kicked me off!! oh well im on now :)

My boyfriend went out to afghanistan a week last saturday, miss him like crazy but im so proud of him and what our men do, that its making things so much easier! I got my first phonecall two days ago, it was soo good to hear his voice. even tho he has only been gone a few days, feels like months already. just counting down the days until r&r, hopefully it will fly by.

My thoughts are with all of you that have men serving, wherever it is. i kno how hard it is, and how little understanding our friends and family have of how we feel. But we got each other for support and its great reasurance!
