June, Alex`s mum

Hello there, my son is now on his third week of basic army training at Bassingbourn. I think he`s getting his head round it and I`m getting my head round it too but it would be great to contact any other parents of new army recruits or indeed anyone who needs some support, a laugh or cheering up. :)

welcome to the family!!!
How old is your son? i know most of us on here are wives or girlfriends of forces men, but im sure there are a few mums out there too.......shout a little louder :)

stick with us, this is a great place to share what's on your mind, let off a little steam or just chat aimlessly with the other girls.

How are you coping anyway? x
