thanx 4 the welcome everyone! my oh is in the dragoons guards hes in lyd now doing training. been trying 2 set a date 4 our wedding but he hasnt got a clue wen hes home next! major awkward! :(
can imagine hun the army doesn't really cater for family's hey hun my oh is currently in Afghan but soon to be home and I cant wait :D

thnk u! can i ask for some advice please? my oh is in germany n he wants me 2 move over there with him, wev been 2gether 4 3 years and i love him with all my heart, iv been accepted 2 go 2 uni this september 2 do teaching. every one including his family is saying i should go 2 uni! i realy want 2 go with him but i also want 2 b a teacher!! what would u all do? im major :confused: any advice would be apprectiated!!!!!
i would say that uni sounds like the sensible idea, especially as u really wanna be a teacher. u have ur life too and cant put it on hold because of his career. my oh is in germany, and i could be moving over there once we;re married this yr (depends if he passes his course to get his posting back to the uk or not), but i've not got a career ambition holding me back. if there was something i really wanted to do my oh would have to wait. lol. sounds a bit harsh but u could end up resenting him in the future if you dont persue your dreams xxx
i would definately stick to uni, as u never know wat could happen! if its ur ambition in life then u have nothing to lose. he will always be there for u and think of the career u will have for both ur futures!

he is a movement controller in the RLC. he is based up in gloucester so i only see him weekends, most of the time anyway! lol
