Breakfast squares are a baked egg dish made in advance in an 8x8 casserole dish. So in the morning all you need to do is heat-up a square in the microwave and breakfast is ready. They make great low-carb snacks too. This one has green chilies, onion, bell pepper, salsa and cheese.
