morning cinders...welcome to wags...gosh you are up early on a sunday morning...its pretty quiet on here this weekend but we are all a friendly bunch and love a good chat so tell us all about yourself.
im jennie, my other half is in afganistan...just started a 6 month tour.
come on in and chat...we dont bite honestly :)
Hi jennie thanks for the welcome, its a little confusing as i first tried to register as cinders but couldnt activate my account due to not recieving anything back from my yahoo account so had to re-invent myself as Angel using my hotmail addy and quicker than you can say quick i got my reply to activate lol.
My other half has also recently gone out to afghanistan.
gld to see you got it sorted and managed to get on here with us, you will love it.

Cheers, It looks a great friendly site Ive just been browsing through the forums lol. My OH is reme but attached to another rgt and yours? I just hope these next 5 1/2 months go quickly but im sure staying on here will help lots to keep my sanity lol. Im from cheshire hun.
i come from up that way but am in salisbury plain now. pete is in the artillery...is you fella/hubby in camp bastion?
He sure is and is very busy at the minute working all hours god sends, so i guess your fella/hubby is there too? small world lol. Have you heard much from him since he left? ive had a couple of letters that took ages to arrive.
angel......yeh pete is in bastion, he rings everyother day pretty much, he emails me at work most days and he talks on msn... he is really pulling out the stops for me which im really pleased about ( well most of the time anyway)....he writes and sends e blueys so he's really good....know what you mean about busy tho he's doing 3 jobs at the moment working from 5.30 am til 12 pm...so i know he really trying hard with the contact :D

Aww thats great jennie am so made up for you, i'll be glad when my baby can be in contact more too, dont know how they manage to work the hours that they do but i guess thats another reason why we love them to bits/unconditionaly and are so supportive of them :)

Hey i know im a newbie but do we all get commision on bringing the Bastion wags together lol. For my reward i shall demand a huge chocolate eclair! ( but only in my dreams as im on starvation diet mode :confused: still a girlie can dream, maybe a virtual one will taste just as good :eek: lol)

Theres a few bastion chicks here...Jens fella's there he went a week after mine and Kerry and Squizza's guys came back 2wks ago...so looks like were the only 3 there...alot of the other girls guys are in Iraq and Oman....
Your in starvation mode...join the club...were all desperately trying to lose a few pounds..in my case stones...lol lol not bad been going 3wks and had 2 gym sessions but cant go at the mo as my toe is bad so have to wait till I've had it cut off...LOL LOL :eek:
Get yourself into General Chat thats where we all hang...we can swap diet tips and share a few giggles...gets a bit blue though...but you sound like you can deal so bring it on :D
