I am new and my friend suggested this place, looks like a really friendly place!

Im Charli, 21 my fiancee Stu is in the RAF and we have just been posted to Cyprus for 3 years in July, i am soo excited but pooing myself at the same time!!

also, when were in Cyprus he is being sent to Faulklands for 4 months, so i hope ive made some friends over there by then! either that ill get a dog :D:D

anyway, its lovely meetin you girls!! and if you have any info thatll help me in Cyprus would be very welcomed as this is my first posting with him and also the first timehe will be away :(

Welcome to Wags. My OHs RAF too.

How exciting going to Cyprus - my OH lived there for a couple of years when his dad was posted out there about 10years ago. His sister fell in love with a local man and still lives there now. He loved it and although I've not been out there he wants to get posted there if at all possible.

Hi girls!

yup we had to apply for Cyprus a few times but only got told a couple of weeks ago that were going, so its all go as we have to sell everything in the house and our cars :( seen as i only passed my test a couple months ago iv fallen inlove with my car haha o well!!

yup its our first posting and when stu goes away for a course in sept for 6weeks, thatll be the first time weve spend apart... even worse in a foreign country haha!

all i can say is keep tryin for cyprus and youll get it!! :D:D

so where is everyone from?? :D

lol i will definitely keep trying! OH is based in northern ireland so would go to cyprus in a heartbeat!!
