looking for a honeymoon and turns out i'm kinda fussy (who knew :rolleyes:) lol intrested to where everyone is going or went or want to go on honeymoon?
also if anyone knows somewhere child free or somewhere thats not so much a family holiday thats cheap? near a beach? warm in aug? with spa's and water sport kind of things? xxx

do you want to go abroad? were going to Capri, an island off of the south west coast off italy. were going for a week, to a gorgeous hotel which is child free (i love children but would rather go somewhere quiet and relaxing for our honeymoon)!!
one of my best friends went to mexico a few years ago for hers, and loved it, another went to paris (more site seeing and exploring than relaxing) but she said it was gorgeous.
If you want to stay in the UK, how about cornwall? theres some gorgeous hotels on the coast with their own spas, just depends where you want to go!!
In august, your best bet for lush weather abroad is probably europe, as we did look into going to the caribean or the maldives but its the wrong season during our summer-can be very wet.

yeah we're looking for abroad but our wedding is on the 21st aug which falls in the summer holidays so everything seems to be extra expensive. we're holding off on the chance of a good late deal. kids seem to be drawn to me, prob because i have 2 so know how to get on with them but end up coming the hotel creche lol. i want a honeymoon that is totally relaxing but within a budget of 500 pp. xxx
weve booked to go to italy with a company called Citalia who specialise in honeymoons, they have last minute deals on their website but have loads you can book in advance too. www.citalia.com that might give u some ideas??

how about going to spain or somewhere and hiring ur own villa??? think thats what me and oh are going to do. you can get some lush ones with private pools etc. then u get ur own privicy and its not too expensive (depending where you look). xxx

i dont know where me and my fiance are going for our, his mam is booking it for us for our wedding gift. my oh reckons it will be abroad. it will be a nice surprise. me and my oh are going away in november we are thinking about the carribean ita gorgeous there.

not to fussed about where but would like it to be abroad. any good hotels in the uk we've seen are as pricey as spain and things. been to spain 6 times now though and any place i've been wouldn't call it romantic or a honeymoon place. xxx

I'm signed up and get weekly e-mails with their top 20 deals. This week they had a 9 night caribbean virgin holidays cruise in a balcony cabin for £799 included flights and a night in miami.....thought it was excellent value as we went on a cruise last year for our honeymoon on the QM2 and the flights alone (which we booked through virgin) were £700!
I know it's a bit over your budget but they do have lots of other deals.
