Hiya everyone, i'm new 2 the forum!!

hiya,

I'm new to the forum,

My partner has finally got his date to start his training in the Navy, <31st January 2010>

I'm relly nervous about him going away and me and my young son living hundreds of miles away from him, jus wondering how every1 else has found it?!

Hey hun and welcome to the site. Try not to worry about tours etc yet, they will control your life and you've got a while before he even starts his training, enjoy the time you have the time being

Woops sorry ignore me, just re-read your post and i think you mean how do you cope when their in training? im not sure, im confusing myself lol
Usually when their away, anywhere, if you keep busy and stay positive, try not to dwell on you missing them, then the time flies by, keep popping on here for a moan and laugh etc and you will be fine

hi hunni dont start worrying yet enjoy the time u 2 have together and dont worry about him going in yet there is a while yet and he wont have any tours or being sent out on ship for a while yet hunni all u gotta focus on is the time u have got with him now big hugs and we are all here for u when the time comes to start worrying hugs hunni
