a bit of a tricky situation.....

i have found a bridemaids dress that i really like and my bridemaids like to, but my mum has seen this dress on littlewoods.com that is just a normal dress that she thinks will be good for my sis as she is on the bigger size. but i really dont like the dress and i have showed the pic of the dress on littlewoods to my other bridesmaid and she doesnt like it either. i just dont no how to say to my mum that we dont like it as its my parents that are paying for them.

any advice i would really appresiate it xxx

go with what you think hunni. its ur wedding and you've gotta do what makes you happy. this is the one time in a womans life where you have to be selfish. lol. just remember is ur day and what you want it what counts. especially if the bridesmaids like the one you like.

just tell ur mum, something like 'that dress you found is lovely, but i think i'd rather go for this one because all the girls like it and it fits in with what i was looking for' or something. as long as u tell her nicely i'm sure she'll understand x

Yup, I second what Emzy said. You need to have things your way as it's your big day!

If all the girls like the dress you picked just explain that to your mum, i'm sure she will understand!

yeh i will just tell my mum that its nice but got my heart set on the other dress as its exactly what i was looking for and will look really nice along side my wedding dress xxxx
