hello. my fiance flew out 2 iraq 2day. im really scared. hes been posted abroad before but nothing prepares you for them actually going into a war zone. hes going 2 be situated in basra airport. its the waiting for the 1st email/letter/phone call which is the worst :(

welcome to wags hun, it is hard when they first deploy, alot of the girls are in that same situation for the first time, my fella has been in afgan for 2 months so i know how you feel, dont worry i expect he will be deperate to let you know that he is there safe and of course im sure their mobiles work over there so you will prob get a text before you know it :)
