16 Days Till We're Married!

Well this weekend has been a busy one - but have booked our wedding and its on 5th January! We've booked a gorgeous hotel in Barbados and are planning on getting married at sunset! Am so excited! We fly out on 2nd January with both sets of parents - plus his step-parents. They're staying the first week and then we'll have the 2nd week on our own to just enjoy being a married couple.

We were due to get married in the UK in August but whilst OH was in Afghan we realised we don't want to wait. Plus the UK wedding was getting bigger and bigger and we both felt it was becoming less about us.

Am collecting my dress on 29th December as it had to be taken in and we got our wedding rings yesterday - just feels such a relief that everything else will be done for us out there!

Am so so excited!

We were hoping to renew our vows abroad when hubbi got back from Afghan...but I'll be just about to give birth instead now! lol Maybe the following year x
