Hi everyone,
I only got my account sorted today and am really pleased ive found this site!!
I met my OH back in September last year and he is doing his officer training at the moment!! I dont get to speak to him or see him very often which is really hard and it doesnt help that i live about 200 miles away from his camp!!
Anyway hope everyone is enjoying their new years so far!!
Looking forward to becoming very addicted to this site!!

what trade does ur oh do? was he in the army b4 he went for officier training? that kinda thing?

Im zoe and my OH is currently in basic training for the paras, hes had a bit of a knock as recently he just got backsquadded to day 1 after getting to week 9.

Yeah my name is Emily, i live in Leeds at the moment and work in property!!pretty boring!!
He went straight to officer training after he finished uni, but he has been there a term too long as he got injured (he is pretty clumsy, which doesnt give me much hope for his career choice!!!!) He hasnt decided what he will be doing when he commissions in April but i know he has to decide pretty soon!! scary stuff!
We havent been together very long but it seems that when your in a relationship with someone in the armed foces, things seem to move really quickly! is this the same for everyone!?!

military force relationships are completely different to civvie ones! so do not worry!! plus we cope with seperation a lot better than civvie ones too :)
sorry was it sept 09 u got together or 08? i keep forgetting were in 2010 and get myself confused hehe!!

Oooo im an officer, in the TA though. Yesh hun, i thinks its because there has to be more commitment etc if that makes sense?

yep, i do think forces relationships do move pretty quickly.
its prob something to do with the lack of time you spend together, but it makes you appreciate each other soooo much more. :)
but for me personally i wouldnt have it any other way, i adore my man. he's the best thing thats ever happened to me :D

Hello and welcome wags!!! dont worry, my relationship moved pretty fast lol, he proposed only 3 months after we got together, and here i am 3 years later, been married for 6months and living in MQ's. its crazy when i think about it lol. xx
