Hello there girls!
I'm another newbie... I joined a while ago but only just noticed the validation email I got... :rolleyes: I'm so observant haha.

My oh is in the RAF, he joined before we got together but we've been together a year now so I'm getting used to how it works... ish! Haha, we're currently very proud of ourselves for sucessfully keeping our relationship through a four month tour :)

Looking forward to chatting to people who know what I'm on about :-) xx

hello my oh is in the army too hes away in afghan on tour which finishes may 8th!! i cant wait he joined since we have been together hes been in there a year now..

He's home now (thank god), came home February 3rd, then luckily had enough annual leave left to stay up here for a month, so he's not long gone back to camp

The tour was difficult, but we got through it (god knows how... haha!)
Can't imagine him being gone a year! How are you handling it?
