homemade burgers, fit for BBQ?!

OH wants to make homemade beef burgers 2nite, and possibly throw them on the barbie.

HOWEVER, i have never seen him cook anything in his life, so its obviously left down to me to figure out how to make them!!! anyone got any good recipes???

maybe something to spice it up a little too?!

Mince, one chopped onion, an egg and some breadcrumbs just mix with ur hand and roll into burger shapes on a floured board. I do them for 20 mins in the oven. they're really nice if u make them with a dairylea triangle in the middle. However wen I tried cooking homemade ones on a bbq it didnt work, it burnt and broke to pieces so we did the rest in the oven to warn u!!!xxx

i know this is a wee bit late - but they break cause they need to rest for a few hours in the fridge first!
