Basically I am having a pie for dinner usually have mash but really fancy roast potatos! I know how to cook them, but how do you make them to make them perfect and crispie but still a little fluffy inside too?
also there quiet small, how long, i also have an electric oven

ooooooooo my favourite!!!
I halve my potatoes and then cut each half into 4. Turn on oven to 190 degrees.
I boil them from cold water for 20 mins i.e. straight into the saucepan with cold water, heat on high for 20 mins.
Drain and fluff up a bit, just toss them about a bit in the colander.
For the last 5 mins you are boiling them, heat up the oil in the oven.
Put the pots in the hot oil, they should sizzle a bit. Make sure they get coated with oil on all sides.
Cook for an hour, check on them at 20 min intervals.
They are perfect. Crispy on outside but fluffy inside. Nom nom,I want some now!!

I chop them up quite small
then put them in an oven dish and pour a little bit of oil over them
then sprinkle flour over them
then just keep checking them and turning them - this is the most important, you can check if they need more flour or more oil
there usually done in about an hour!
