the church that we wanted to get married in is brand new - and hasnt been registered for weddings yet!!!
so we're having the ceremony at the hotel too, booked with the registrar this morning, made an appointment to give notice for this friday afternoon.
so even tho we dont get the church wedding, at least its sorted :D
jus finalising the invitations and me n my mate are puttin them all together tonight with a pizza hut take away (away from the invitations :p)
- i paid £2000 off the bill at the hotel last night
- took the girl who's doin my flowers to see the candelabras that she'll be working with.
- booked registrar for the ceremony
- made an appointment to give notices
- bought wedding dress
- booked photographer
- bought favours
- bought invitations - deliver them this weekend
- sorted chair covers
- sorted DJ
- rooms in the hotel the night before
- drawn up draft table plan
need to make a few phonecalls about the bridesmaids dresses i want n we're goin suit hire shopping this wknd!!
3 days.....not too bad eh!! oh and im working full time (ish haha) :D
omg thats excellent hun :) well done. you should be a wedding planner. it took me months to get everything sorted for mine haha. sounds like you've got everything under control. its a shame about the church though ay. at least you've sorted that out though.

Wow! Your so organised!! I got married in a hotel, and everyone who came commented on how nice it was having everything in one place! Especially when the weathers cold!

but its only cost me £120 :-) got a little team of women making it in china for me hehe :p retails properly at £850!!
gonna email a woman about a cake now, then iv done somethin else productive today :)

im jus a proper control freak at heart n i love bein organised lol - always said my ideal job would be a PA to a bigwig lol :rolleyes:
written out invitations, n my rsvp cards are due to arrive in fridays post - so they can be finished n delivered friday night :)
fingers crossed the dresses i want are in the liverpool debenhams tomorrow, will make my life soooooo much easier!!!
gonna look at a ring for me online now, so we can buy it this wknd. can you tell my plan is to hav everythin done by the time he goes back to camp on monday morning?! :D

I now bridesmaids dresses too!! All 3 sorted, from debenhams last night :D
I've found the jewellery I want so will probably buy it this weekend.
I know how I want my hair and makeup, jus need to see if my hair dresser can do it on the morning or il have to find a mobile one.
and im crap at doin make up so i need someone to do that too.
but all thats easily sorted :)
organising mens stuff this weekend and we're gonna buy my ring too.
then we're done!!! :D
il feel miles better once we've been to the register office this afternoon and given notice n paid the fees! x x x
