New Year Recommendations

Anyone got any books that they would recommend reading this year?

I have just finished the knitting club and 'locked in', both very good books that I would recommend for people to read xxxx

If you want something serious but gripping, I loved the Millenium Trilogy (Girl with the Dragon Tattoo etc.). If you want something lighter, Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series is very funny :)

I don't know if she's got any books coming out for 2012 but one of my favourite authors last year was Kate Atkinson - pacey thrillers but with a very dry sense of humour and nicely British too :)
