A couple were visiting Germany for the first time and decided to go to Berlin. They parked their car and went off to do some sight-seeing! When they decided to head back to their car they discovered they couldn't find the correct street. After an hour so the woman spotted a policeman and waved him down. They had been very clever and written down the name of the Street their car was in - much to the amusement of the Policeman. They soon discovered that 'Einbahn Strasse' meant 'One-Way Street'

A tour bus driver is driving with a bus load of OAPs when he is tapped on his shoulder by a little old lady.
She offers him a handful of peanuts, which he gratefully munches up.
After about 15 minutes, she taps him on his shoulder again and she hands him another handful of peanuts.
When she is about to hand him another batch again he asks her: "Why don`t you eat the peanuts yourself?"
"We can't chew them because we've no teeth", she replied.
"We just love the chocolate around them."

i agree the first was tragic but the second was brill
