Hi, my fella is in the army and we're quiet a new reletionship. We sort of met at the end of 2006 and casually dated then became serious thing this summer.

How do you guys cope?
He's been gone since September and was due back for Christmas, haven't heard from him since October and obviously he hasn't come back. It's driving me up the wall!!

Do your friends/family try and set you up with men because they think you need to move on? They think your daft for waiting for him? Even tho they havent ever met him.

Hi, I'm Paula and my o/h is in Afghanistan, due back March then out again for 6 months in October, daunting feeling!
I know what it's like, when you tell people that your o/h is away and you wont be seeing them for a few months you get this look, it's like sympathy but also "is she mad"!!!
All the girls on here are lovely so this site should keep you going until your beloved comes home. xxx
