Hi i'm Lyndsey and i live in Bielefeld Germany, with my husband Paul and our 6yr old daughter Abigail. Paul is in RLC and has been in the army nearly 16yrs now and we've been married 7 1/2 yrs.

I am also in Germany (Fallingbostel). I have been here since 1995 apart from a 2 years posting in Dorset, we came back last March. My husband is with Scots DG and we have two kids (Max 11 and Zoe 7). I really like it in Germany, but I miss the big multi screen cinemas and browsing in Waterstones or WH Smith! How sad is that! how long have you been in Germany? do you like it?

I was in Germany for 8 years - in Fally! I loved Germany, well Fally! I had a great time there and had lots of fun! I still miss it like crazy especially at Christmas.

What do you get up to then? Do you work or are you lucky enough to stay at home and be a mum? What's Bielifeld like?

We've been in Germany since sept 03, we live in paderborn for 19mths then we moved to Osnabruck for 20mths, then we moved to bielefeld last august, i work part time as a bus escort taking the kids to school and back.
Bielefeld is ok, but where we are we're so far out and the amenties buses well lets just say they're not that good lol. Paul actually works in Gutersloh with 6 supply regt so it's about a 30min drive to work and back.
