lol - I think that's a contradiction in terms, isn't it?!!

I suppose you could use half low-fat yoghurt and half cream... but the toffee bit is always going to be high-fat. Just have the full-fat version as a treat ;)

Just make sure when you have the pie that there are lots of people to help you eat it :D
