Hey Laura.. RnR is rest n recouperation....what soldiers get when they do tours... to allow time for family n rest!!!!!

You're right there - it is addictive, but I think it's a good thing, especially if your blokey has to go away. It helps to keep you sane. So many of my mates don't have OHs in the military and they just don't understand what it's like. That's what we're here for! :)
