Just a quick hello
Not been going out with my partner long and this is his first trip away since we met. I'm not young and should know better than to be upset LOL but just feeling a teensy bit insecure (not that he knows that). He's not going anywhere dangerous but will be gone for four months or so :( ho hum.

Its been a tough few days and he's not gone yet but has made it clear that whilst he is away I'm to get on with life and NOT think about him. Happy with that but I have no idea where I stand. Grrrrrrr men can be soooo illusive. So do I forget our blossoming romance and be done with it or hold out with hope that it will all work out.
What a flippin nightmare. I know there are no answers but its doing my head in. I'm just too old to be playing these games lol.

How is everyone doing? I'm still in a state of flux because having over analysed the last message we are of the belief it was a throw away comment. However as I must now wait until he contacts me I'm left in limbo so not one to waste time, I went salsa dancing last night for the first time and it was great but I'm so tired now it isn't funny!

Hell no- he can stew. Reverse pyschology - let him think he has made a bit of a booboo. If he comes a runnin, I shall make him suffer a little, if he doesn't then its his loss.

Don't worry about insecurities etc, that's normal for anyone when there OH goes away, whether it be military or off with his mates! just keep busy and write your feelings down to get them out of your head, whether in letter to him or a diary, or us lot! you'll be fine xx
Hello Ladies
How is everyone? I've been really busy since 'possible boyfriend' went away. I say possible as I still do not where I stand. I've had several emails but on the whole he is silent. So I have been exercising like mad and raising money for charity.
I have arranged a holiday in the summer and am generally getting on with life.
I really hope we are able to survive this separation but what doesn't kill me will only make me stronger.
